(Please note, Girl Scout Membership is NOT REQUIRED to attend this event! This is open to all girls grades 8-12)

Girls in grades 8th-12th join us for Girl Leadership Summit 2025 Powered by Girl Scouts! Girls will have the opportunity to network with 50+ women professionals who are experts in their fields (Subject Matter Experts), discover and explore career paths that will assist them in their future endeavors, and build their confidence to make informed decisions as they trailblaze their future. The annual Girl Leadership Summit fosters leadership development and self-expression in our future leaders by encouraging curiosity, giving space and time to ask questions, and empowering them to dream big. This year we will be partnering with Rowan University to explore Career Pathways in the Arts, Education, Engineering, and Business.

What is Girl Leadership Summit?

Career Cafe: An interactive expo where participants circulate around tables to engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ask questions, and gain valuable insights from women professionals.

SME Chats: 30-minute pop out sessions where participants will have the opportunity to choose to attend the day of the event. SMEs will share their story in depth, and participants will have the opportunity to ask career-specific questions.

Panel Discussions: 30-minute guided panel discussions led by current Girl Scouts that focus on a particular career field.

Lunch with Executives: Executives will share their career journey and advice on leadership as they define what makes a good leader great!

Rowan Career Pathways: GSCSNJ is partnering with Rowan University to highlight 4 career tracks: Education, Business, Engineering, and Arts. (Each participant will choose one track during registration) Participants will meet current Rowan professionals, students, and experts in that field and tour Rowan spaces that correlate with the track they choose
