Event Packages Vandy Hall: Starting at $6,000, includes event space access for set-up, clean up, and a 4 hour celebration on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Entire Camp: $10,200 for the weekend from Friday evening to Sunday morning.


Private Parties 
 $250 per hour for up to 75 guests
$300 per hour for 76-200 guests

Pricing only includes Vandy Hall.  Access to the kitchen will be an additional $300 one time charge for use of equipment, storage, and trash removal. Two hour minimum.

Corporate Rentals Vandy Hall + Entire Camp: $10,000 includes event space access for set-up and clean up, lodging, and dining facilities. (Thursday PM to Sunday AM.)

Weekday Retreat Rentals $3,000 [8 hour maximum] (Monday-Thursday)
