What to Expect:
Girl Scouts will attend 4
interactive workshops tailored to their Girl Scout Level and will
receive their individual schedule during check-in.
Every
participant will receive a 2026 STEM Conference Fun Patch, mailed to
their troop leader following the event.

Leader
Information: Limited spaces are available for Leaders and adults
inside workshops. Designated Leader Lounges will provide a space to
connect and share ideas while girls are in sessions.
This is a
non-drop-off event-Troop Leaders must register and cover ratios. If
your Troop Leader cannot attend, a parent or guardian should register
to meet ratio requirements.

Lunch & Water
Bottles:
Lunch break is from 12:30-1:20 PM. Please bring your
own lunch to enjoy during this time.
Please bring a reusable
water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
