Come to move your body and love your mind as we dive into our overall health for the afternoon on April 25th from 10am-2pm at Middlesex College in Edison, NJ. Shine, Stretch & Strive was created so that girls can discover, move and create and celebrate themselves just as they are.
The Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey will be joined by Serenity Studios from Highland Park which will help us with our different workshops throughout the afternoon. Serenity Studios believes " that creativity and wellness are intertwined and that by fostering both, we can blossom into our fullest selves."
We will also be joined by the Kimberly Anne Wilson from Berkley Heights who believe in fulfilling their "mission of supporting mental health with empathy, non-judgment, and hope."
