In Mental Wellness Patches girls will discover ways on how to rely on themselves and words to express their emotions, support others in trying times and learn healthy practices to cope with these stressful situations. Explore your creativity on April 1st from 6:30pm-7:45pm at the Hamilton Girl Experience Center.

The Girl Scouts of Central and Southern NJ Program team will be joined by Art Therapist, in association with the Kimberly Anne Wilson Foundation. Megan Tuttle will be guiding our participants through their own artistic creations. Creating a safe space for creativity, an environment of unity between participants and promoting through discussion that there are no "bad" emotions/feelings is Megan's goal for her time with the scouts this evening.

We hope your Girl Scouts will be able to join us for this wonderful event! Information: Juniors and Cadettes will earn their Mental Wellness Patches Adult Information: If you are a Leader or Girl Scout Adult planning to stay to cover ratios please register so we know you are coming!
