In celebration of Financial Literacy Month, Girl Scout DreamLab will be partnering with M&T Bank to provide a special financial literacy experience honoring women who changed the world- just like our very own founder, Juliette Gordon Low. Girls will explore smart saving tips and goal-setting strategies just in time to make meaningful choices with their cookie-sale profits!
This hands-on program also highlights the history and importance of money through interactive activities, role-playing, and real-world examples that teach girls how to make change and keep their money safe. Girls will get to have a Q&A with the bank staff and go on an exclusive bank tour!
As part of this experience, each Girl Scout participant will receive the Juliette Gordon Low Quarter Iron-On Patch, inspired by the United States Mint's American Women Quarters Program.
