Registration for Troop #49875: On-Demand Knowing My Emotions Patch Program
Girls will learn about coping skills, managing their mental health, and what mental wellness means! By learning how to name their emotions and communicate how they are feeling to both themselves and others, girls will be able to better process their feelings and better cope in stressful situations. Girls will earn the "Junior: Knowing My Emotions" Mental Wellness fun patch.
