Standing up for others can sometimes be intimidating, sometimes we don't have the words. Middle school can be overwhelming, with so many new experiences during this time it can be stressful. In Finding My Voice, Mental Wellness patch, Cadette participants will discover ways and words to better express their emotions, support others in trying times and learn healthy practices to cope with these stressful situations. The event will take place on November 19th from 6pm-7:15pm at the Hamilton Girl Scout Experience Center.

The Hamilton Girl Scout Experience Center's program team will be joined by Art Therapist, Megan Tuttle, in association with the Kimberly Anne Wilson Foundation. Megan will be guiding our participants through their own artistic creations. While creating a safe space for creativity, this environment of unity between participants will promote through discussion that there are no "bad" emotions/feelings. We hope your Cadette Girl Scouts will be able to join us for this wonderful event!
