Ever feel down? Or maybe overwhelmed? In the Knowing my Emotions patch, Junior participants will discover better ways and words to express their emotions, support others in trying times and learn healthy practices to cope with these stressful situations. Explore your creativity on September 24th from 6pm-7:15pm at the Hamilton Girl Experience Center.
The Hamilton Girl Scout Experience Center's program team will be joined by Art Therapist, in association with the Kimberly Anne Wilson Foundation. Megan Tuttle will be guiding our participants through their own artistic creations. Creating a safe space for creativity, an environment of unity between participants and promoting through discussion that there are no "bad" emotions/feelings is Megan's goal for her time with the scouts this evening. We hope your Junior Girl Scouts will be able to join us for this wonderful event!
Information: Juniors will earn their Knowing my Emotions patch.
Adult Information: If you are a Leader or Girl Scout Adult planning to stay to cover ratios please register so we know you are coming!
