Join us for Dia De Los Muertos as we celebrate culture and tradition through honoring the empowering women leaders who came before us and welcoming new friends into the Girl Scout familia.
During our time together we will create, learn, honor, celebrate, and play! Participants will be encouraged to embrace Dia De Los Muertos traditions by dressing in Dia De Los Muertos attire and bringing a memento, photo, or candy/food for the ofrenda.
This bilingual program will offer a full afternoon of outdoor Dia De Los Muertos activities for families and troops! Activities will be divided into stations throughout Camp Sacajawea. Each station will honor different elements of Dia De Los Muertos.
Registered Girl Scouts are asked to bring a new friend, families welcome.
Crafts, snacks, campfire, and camp activities are included in the price of the ticket! Fun patch included! Festival style event, Not a drop off event.
