Celebrate Earth Day with us by learning fun ways to reuse old items!

At Reuse-a-Palooza, you’ll learn creative ways to reuse and upcycle your stuff. Maybe you’ll turn an old milk jug into a handy basket, recycle old crayons into new ones, or even learn how to patch up old clothes! You’ll also earn a Reuse-a-Palooza patch.

Reusable items will be provided, but you can bring your own items to reuse, too! You can bring the following items to Reuse-a-Palooza:

  • Broken Crayons
  • Paper towel/toilet paper rolls
  • Paper/newspaper/magazines
  • Old t-shirts
  • Scrap fabric
  • Clothing & denim that needs patched
  • Plastic milk/juice/water jugs (rinse out before bringing)
  • Aluminum pull tabs
  • Aluminum/steel bottle caps

Patch Information: Girls will earn a Reuse-a-Palooza patch (included with registration).

Volunteer Information: Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts and Adults who would like to volunteer at this event can sign up here.

Note: This is not a drop-off program; you are responsible for covering ratios. Adults must purchase an adult ticket to attend.
