Don't miss this exclusive annual Girl Scout Festival open to all girls and adult members. The day will be filled with fun, games, vendors, music, and more! Members will connect with hundreds of other local Girl Scouts, discover activities that will create a new spark for 2023, and take action with an optional Service Project!

Program Logistics:

This is a self guided festival with booth style activities available for you and your families to enjoy. Please come prepared to walk on uneven ground in close toed shoes. Check in will be available from 1:00-3:30. To Expidet check in, please print your email confirmation and bring it as your "ticket" to your event. We will be hosting an optional Opening Ceremony at 1:45pm. After the opening ceremony, enjoy making your way around camp to the vendors, activities, and exhibits we have curated especially for you!  This program will take place inside and outside. Please dress appropriately, including closed toed footwear and outerwear for the anticipated weather. 

Limited edition FUN Patch included! All kids 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a registered adult.

What to Bring:

  • 15-20 SWAPS or "Special Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned Somewhere" are a Girl Scout Tradition beginning in the 1950s. There will be a time and location at each camp where participants can exchange their SWAPS. Time and location TBD.
  • Closed Toed Shoes - While at camp, please wear sturdy closed toed shoes (no crocs). Participants will not be able to participate in activities in open toed shoes.
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug Spray
  • Reusable Water Bottle
  • Camp chairs or picnic blankets


Maps, schedule, and vendor lists will be emailed out to you the Friday prior to the event. In an effort to use resources wisely, there will be no paper maps at the event. You will have access to a QR Code at the event to download the map to your phone. 

Covid Guidelines

By purchasing this ticket you and your group agree to abide by the GSCSNJ Covid Guidelines. Please review prior to attending this event as we do make updates to the policy as needed. 


This program will require the ability to walk around camp on established trails. Vendor activities may require lifting, reaching, cutting, and other movements both large and small motor skills.
