Canceled By Council:
If an event is canceled by the council, a full refund will be issued. Refunds should be received within two weeks. All refunds will be issued through the same financial process used to purchase.
Canceled By Parent/Guardian/Leader:
If for any reason you need to cancel your Girl Scout’s attendance at a program or event, please contact Customer Care at 856-795-1560.
PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations are subject to a $5 processing fee. No refund will be issued for a girl or troop not attending, if a girl or troop leaves early, or if it is raining (but not inclement weather).
