Grades 9-10
Join us for this four-part series of the Think Like a Programmer Senior Journey to explore the world of programming and computational thinking. Seniors learn how to decode and encode information, understand binary, and plan computer programs. As they continue on the Think Like a Programmer Journey, they will write Python programs to understand fundamental concepts such as variables, input and output, processing, conditionals, and loops. Finally, they will work together to use technology for social good.
This is perfect for girls who want a fun, interactive introduction to computer programming and will also include a Take Action planning session.
