CampDoc Information
What Is CampDoc?

CampDoc.com is the electronic health record management system we utilize during Summer Camp. It will help us consolidate and integrate camper health information into a centralized and secure location. The CampDoc system will give our Health Supervisors and Nurses instant access to camper health information, a key component in providing patient care.

The security, confidentiality, and privacy of personal health information will always be protected. The CampDoc.com site is secure, encrypted, and password protected.

When To Fill Out Your Camper's CampDoc*

You will receive a “Welcome E-mail” from CampDoc.com with information about how to set up your account and complete the health information within 2 weeks of your registration being processed.

*CampDoc information must be completed by the first day of camp in order to attend.

Did Your Camper Attend Camp Last Year?

Families who used the CampDoc system last summer will not have to re-enter all of the camper’s information. All you have to do is update and make any necessary corrections.

Need Help?

If you have any questions regarding CampDoc, please email bclemson@gscsnj.org.

CampDoc Tip: Make sure to set register@campdoc.com as a “safe sender” to avoid accidental delivery of emails from CampDoc to junk and spam folders.
