E-Council, our registration system, is available 24/7 for your convenience. Register for events and trainings online with a credit card. It’s easy and secure.
To Register:
Visit the Program & Training Calendar. Click on “Register on E-Council!” in the description of the program or training you wish to register for. Please Note: clicking on “Register” should “pop-up” a new window. Type in all required information and click on “Submit Registration Form” To receive confirmation faster, please provide your email address and choose “Email Notices.”
Input your payment information, if required, using Visa or Mastercard and click on “Submit.” You will receive an email immediately after you register, this does not confirm your placement in an event, only that your request has been received.
American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) First Aid and CPR sessions are registered through E-Council, however, a check payable to R House Health & Safety and must be mailed to 28 West Split Rock Drive, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 to ensure placement in the course.
To Add Multiple Registrations:
E-Council accepts your registration for one event at a time. To submit multiple registrations, you will need to repeat the process.
To Change a Registration:
To add to or update an existing registration please contact a Service Center. Completing a new form will overwrite your existing form and result in the loss of information.
Troop Numbers
As of October 2007, your new troop number has 5 digits in it and starts with a county code. Independent Girl Scouts who do not know their troop number should call their Membership Specialist to find out what it is.
If the color key indicates a waiting list, should I still register?
Yes, it is recommended that you register and be included on the waiting list. Cancellations, troops without payments, expansion of the maximum number and decisions for additional sessions may provide you the opportunity to participate.
