Girl Scout Junior

Grades 4-5
As a Girl Scout Junior, you’ll take charge of your experience. Discover your inner power!
Plan troop activities as a team and choose the community projects that speak to you — all while having fun with your friends.


Junior Activities Include:

  • Earning Journey Awards that teach leadership skills
  • Earning badges in math, science, health, cultural literacy, and more
  • Overnight camps or wilderness trips
  • Planning and taking a troop trip
  • Take Action projects to make the world a better place
  • Cookie and Fall Product sales
  • Other activities you choose and plan as a group
  • Earning your Girl Scout Bronze Award


A Girl Scout Junior will:

  • Explore her interests and build skills
  • Start applying leadership knowledge
  • Develop team-building
  • Learn that she can make a difference in her community
