Active Workshop: Vinyasa Yoga
Teacher: Alison Brancone / Balanced Bodies Studio
Vinyasa yoga is an active style of yoga in which the postures are strung together to form a sequence. The emphasis is on flow and connecting the movements with the breath. Vinyasa yoga creates heat in the body, and enhances the connection between the mind, body, and the breath. This class helps to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Every practice ends with some longer stretches and a brief relaxation, so that participants finish with a sense of calm and inner peace.
Active Workshop: Functional Fitness Training
Teacher: Hilary Friedman / Balanced Bodies Studio
Train your muscles to work together and prepare them for everyday tasks and movements. Functional Fitness Training is a total body workout and we will use bodyweight exercises to emphasize functional fitness and core stability. In this class you will explore your strength, stability, balance, and increase your physical abilities.
If you would like your materials to go to a different Service Center than indicated above, please email your preference to email@example.com. We will be happy to send your materials to the Service Center of your choice.
