Girl Scout Families
Although Girl Scouting is a leadership program for girls, we know the value of spending time with family. You can make Girl Scouting a family affair by volunteering to support your Girl Scout's troop, helping her camp out, participating in a group activities, supporting community service projects or brining the whole family together for a fun and exciting activity!
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place. Girl Scouts of Central & Southern New Jersey (GSCSNJ) welcomes all girls who wish to accept the Girl Scout Promise and Law. Age-progressive activities enable girls from diverse backgrounds to develop leadership, explore interest areas, learn the value of community service, and learn positive decision making skills. Under the guidance of trained adult volunteers, girls participate in self-esteem-building activities. The Council has been chartered by Girl Scouts of the USA to deliver its program in an all-girl environment.
