Volunteer Shield
The Years of Service Award recognizes an adult member registered
with Girl Scouts of the USA for her or his years of active volunteer
service in five-year intervals (5, 10, 15, etc.). This pin differs from
the numeral guard in that it represents the number of years an adult
volunteer has actively provided service, whereas the numeral guard
recognizes years of membership.

Numeral Guard

The Years of Membership Award depicts the number of years
(girls and adult) an adult has been a registered member of the
Girl Scout Movement.

Appreciation Award
The Appreciation Award recognizes an adult who has delivered outstanding service to at least one geographic area, service unit, or program delivery audience. The candidate’s service goes beyond expectations for their position and furthers the Council’s goals.

Honor Award
The Honor Award recognizes an adult member who has delivered outstanding service to two or more geographic areas or program delivery audiences.
