The price for these programs is $300.00 not the $275.00 listed. Your final bill will reflect the correct price. The price for the 5 “Trippers” camps are correct.
What is it?
It’s a convenient way to register for summer camp using our secure online registration system. The system is called E-council.

How do I register?
After you click on the link on the left side of page, you will be directed to the E-Council Camp Registration site. Please select the month for the summer camp (June, July or August) you wish to register for. After completing each online registration, look for an automatic response that your information was received. This confirmation does NOT confirm a spot at the camp until payment has been processed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your payment to be processed.
How do I pay if a fee is required?
On-line registration will require immediate payment through a Mastercard or Visa credit card or troop debit card. Space is not reserved until the payment has been processed (3 to 5 business days).
How do I sign up for more than one camp session?
The registration process accepts your registration for one session at a time. To submit multiple registrations, you will need to repeat the process.
Can I register online if my child requires busing?
Yes. Each session is listed twice, once with bus and once with no bus. Please select the session appropriate for your needs.
If the color key indicates a waiting list, should I still register?
Yes, it is recommended that you register and be included on the waiting list. Cancellations, troops without payments, expansion of the maximum number and decisions for additional sessions might provide you the opportunity to participate
What browser is recommended when using the E-council?
This registration system works best with Internet Explorer Version 6 or higher. Other web browsers such as Netscape may encounter problems.
What is the Council’s refund policy?
All refunds are returned minus the non refundable $50 deposit. A cancellation must be received nomore than 30 days prior to the camp session to receive a refund. After 30 days, refunds are given only with a doctor’s note.
Please note that GSCSNJ is currently only accepting online registrations via E-Council for summer camp. E-Council registrations for trainings and programs will not be accepted.
